Saw you were influenced by Nonsense, and heck--I actually WAS part of the staff back then; hopefully it was some of my stuff that was inspiring you. I had friends who went to high school in Chappaqua at the time, too (I was from Tarrytown back then), so I wonder if you knew them. Bascially, I'm trying to figure out how you got your hands on a Long Island-based humor mag up there!

Four previously unknown facts:

1) My downstairs neighbor complained because of the loud roar that came from the floor above where the machines resided with 3 Fujitsu "eagles" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fujitsu_Eagle)

2) The Jacuzzi leaked and soaked the floorboards, which in turn gave way and one of the servers almost fell into the downstairs neighbors bedroom

3) The inmates at the prison that invented the term "up the river" must have been confused when my roomate Mike Reed would sometimes play Dead or Alive's "You Spin Me Round (like a record)" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMwdAc1Dzfg) instead of Jailhouse Rock.

4) Jason Scott probably influenced me more than I him. His artwork, ability to storytell, and his creative and intuitive nature all drew me into various collaboative projects which produced great satisfaction and an enduring friendship.

Hey man,

You got influenced by Nonsense? Wow.

My Name is Billy Florio and I have been a staff member of Nonsense Humor Magazine since 2002 (as well as Managing Editor for the 2005-2006 year). Granted it wasn't our work you were influenced by, but it means a lot to us all that people were affected by us and even were inspiered to make a humor magazine of their own. We'd be VERY interested in seeing any issues of "Esnesnon" you have and would be willing to part with. In fact, I'd even trade you for a free subscription to Nonsense. Our mailing address is Nonsense Humor Magazine, 200 Hofstra University, 201 Student Center, Hempstead, NY 11549. My personal email is BFlorio12@hotmail.com if you have any questions.

BTW...I think you made a minor error towards the top of the gigabyte story, you say 1000 gigabytes (rather than 1000 megabytes)
