We've all been through tough times and felt understood and discouraged and at times it feels overwhelming. I have felt this way before and I don't want to leave my family and friends behind. I had a friend years ago take her life and I still think about her and how she could have gotten through whatever she was going through and if I had known, I would have done anything to help. God help us, life can be tough. But we can do it. We can do it. The entries on this page made me cry, especially when people with so much potential and love take their own lives.
