I enjoyed reading the “original debate” link. You (Jason) warned me about messages like that (ie: “I read your book; now here is what I would have included) when I released Commodork, and you were right — I received many of them, a few valid and a few from so fucking far out in left field you would have to build a ladder to the moon and carry a giant telescope with you to be able to see where they were coming from. I debated with some, agreed with others, and ignored the rest.

Back when I was solely a “consumer” I would see these things as a disappointment. “Oh man, why didn’t they include {X}?” As a “creator,” I now see them as a challenge. “Aha, this is where they left the ball. Allow me to pick it up and run with it.”
