In the more-anarchy-like Internet anarchy, the people who make the most enthusiastic use of the common resources (in a Tragedy Of The Commons kind of way) are the kinds people who sell &#8220;Genuine Ronex Watches&#8221; out of their coats on streetcorners. The difference is that there is no way to kill someone directly online.&lt;/p&gt;
